Shipping Policy

How are shipping costs determined? 
The shipping cost for your item(s) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Costs are determined by size, weight, and destination.  

How do orders ship?  
Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. 

Do orders ship on the weekend?
Orders and processed and shipped Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.

Can orders ship to a PO Box?  
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to PO boxes because we ship the majority of our orders via UPS and FedEx. 

Can orders ship outside of the contiguous USA?  
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the contiguous United States.  

Can one order ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to specify multiple shipping addresses within a single order.  If you need to ship goods to various addresses please create a separate order for each shipping address. 

Can the shipment of orders be delayed?
Unfortunately, due to our fulfillment process, orders cannot be modified, delayed, or canceled once submitted. You will need to request a return authorization for any items you choose to return.

Will orders ship in one box?  
Orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple boxes. Lamps may also ship in two boxes - one box for the base and one box for the shade. 

 

Will all items from an order arrive at the same time?  
Orders with multiple items will most likely arrive to you at different times. If you receive a box and it only has part of your order, don’t worry - the rest is on its way!  

What are the estimated shipping and delivery times?  
Estimated shipping times vary by order. Items that are in stock generally arrive within one to three weeks from the date of order. If you order an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email from hello@ropeandrattan with an estimated ship date. Please note, we strive to ship items as quickly as possible; however, sometimes things are out of our control and take longer than expected. We will do our best to keep you informed of back-ordered items and revised shipping dates.

  

Are package delivery dates guaranteed?  
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery dates of packages.

Can items be purchased that are on backorder?  
Items are not available for purchase until stock is available. The item description includes our estimated future stock date. Once the stock is received, items will be available for purchase.

Can order shipments be tracked?
When available, we will email tracking information for your package(s). We do not have access to tracking information for all products. If we receive tracking information, we will pass it on directly to you via email. If you do not receive an email, no tracking is available. Goods that are in stock will ship within one to three weeks from the date of purchase.

What do I do if an order does not arrive?
In the event your package(s) do not arrive as expected, please contact us immediately at returns@ropeandrattan.com.  We will work to research the shipment and tracking of the item.  We will communicate directly with you via email to help resolve the issue. Please note, goods that are in stock will ship within one to three weeks from the date of purchase.
